Refund & Returns Policy
At Deal Central, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
In some cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
